Refund & Returns Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and signs of wear

Items returned not meeting these standards will be refused and shipped back at your cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We only cover return shipping if the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong product.

Approved returns are refunded as store credit by default. Refunds to the original payment method are available on request and processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items
• Accessories: lighters, mugs, caps, and hats (hygiene and handling)
• Gift cards
• Anything marked “Final Sale” at checkout

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, before fulfillment begins. After that, the standard returns process applies once the order arrives.

2. We’ll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back at your cost using a tracked service.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or refund.

If you are shopping from the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under consumer protection law, which applies in addition to this policy.
