Shipping Policy

We ship MY LUCKY™ orders in small batches from our studio. Here’s exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During launches, restocks, and holiday weeks, processing may take up to 5 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Domestic shipping (United States)
- Standard — 3–7 business days (USPS / UPS Ground)
- Expedited — 2–3 business days (UPS / FedEx)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL, UPS, and local postal partners. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Canada — 5–10 business days
- Europe & UK — 7–14 business days
- Asia, Australia, NZ — 10–18 business days
- Rest of world — 14–21 business days
International rates are calculated at checkout. Remote regions and customs clearance may add time.
Duties, taxes, and customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Refused packages due to unpaid duties are non-refundable for shipping.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear with the carrier.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ business days, email us at support@myluckynovelties.com and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, MY LUCKY™ is not responsible for theft from doorsteps or mailrooms. We’ll always help you file a claim with the carrier, but replacements are at our discretion.
For high-value orders we recommend selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation.
Address changes & order cancellations
Once an order is placed, we move fast to get it out the door. To keep things fair for everyone, here is our policy on changes and cancellations:
- Within 2 hours of checkout — full address changes and cancellations are free. Email support@myluckynovelties.com with your order number in the subject line.
- 2–24 hours after checkout — address changes may still be possible if the order has not yet been picked or labeled. We’ll do our best, but cannot guarantee it.
- After 24 hours or once a tracking number is issued — the order is locked and we can no longer modify the address or cancel it. You’ll need to wait for the package to arrive (or be returned to sender) and follow our refund & returns policy.
We can only change addresses within the same country. International re-routing is not supported by our carriers once a label is created.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we’ll invoice the customer for re-shipping.
